Privacy Policy

ConversationArc uses YouTube API Services when a workspace owner connects a YouTube channel. We access the approved channel identity and comments needed to match a configured automation, and we post only the public replies the workspace configures. We store encrypted Google credentials, channel identifiers, automation settings, comment identifiers and text, reply text, and delivery evidence. We use that data only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the workspace's YouTube automations; we do not sell it or share it except with service providers needed to run ConversationArc or when legally required. YouTube-authorized comment and reply data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Disconnecting revokes Google access and deletes the workspace's YouTube-authorized automation data. ConversationArc also stores application details, workspace configuration, operational events, account security records, and consent-safe attribution data needed to provide the service. It does not store card numbers.
