ConversationArc capability matrix
This matrix distinguishes implemented product behavior from third-party production access. Available means the capability exists in the current application. It does not mean every external provider has approved the ConversationArc app.
Customer surfaces
| Area | Browser | REST | MCP | Current release truth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Workspace invitation and team roles | Yes | Yes | Yes | Email-first 72-hour one-time invitation with direct-link fallback and resend; owner, administrator, editor, analyst, and support roles are enforced |
| Personal agent keys | Yes | Uses the key | Uses the key | Read-only or read/write, tenant-scoped, expiring, one-time display, rotation revokes the prior key |
| Workflows and immutable versions | Yes | Yes | Yes | Paused creation, validation, activation, atomic bulk pause/owner resume, duplicate, archive, exact-confirmation delete, history, and rollback |
| Resources and templates | Yes | Yes | Yes | Course, product, download, event, podcast episode, waitlist, and custom templates; new feed items stay draft |
| RSS/Atom sources | Yes | Yes | Yes | Website/feed URL discovery, complete import with explicit 1,000-item limit, release/import chronology, scheduled conditional sync, forced manual refresh, backoff, history, pause/resume, and exact-confirmation delete |
| Hosted waitlists and Emailit fulfillment | Yes | Yes | Yes | Queue, retry/cancel, unsubscribe, delivery reconciliation, and bounce/complaint suppression are implemented; sending depends on tenant/runtime Emailit configuration |
| Funnel attribution | Yes | Yes | Yes | Opaque tracked redirect, click, quiz, email-capture, and conversion records; raw email is rejected from funnel metadata |
| Usage and plan state | Yes | Yes | Yes | Current usage, UTC month forecast, allowance, threshold history, and CSV export |
| Tenant settings and diagnostics | Yes | Yes | Yes | Role- and tenant-scoped; support bundles redact customer content and identifiers |
| Billing | Yes | Read | Read | Test-mode monthly/yearly configuration is proven; live-mode prices, webhook, purchase, and refund remain unproven |
| Public status and support | Yes | No | No | Customer-facing service status and a Turnstile-verified gate that reveals the ThriveDesk Assistant contact-form widget; the visitor submits directly to ThriveDesk, so widget availability depends on runtime ThriveDesk/Turnstile configuration; Correspond never sees or stores the message; no contractual SLA or incident subscription |
Provider adapters
| Platform | Implemented behavior | Private delivery | Production access today | Do not claim |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Comment webhook, keyword routing, public reply, one private reply, tracked destination, tenant OAuth/vault, health and recovery controls | Yes, under Meta's private-reply rules | Proven for the Outliyr account. Business Verification is approved; external-tenant delivery remains gated by the current Instagram App Review decision | General public availability, ongoing inbox automation, or unlimited reply windows | |
| Telegram | Tenant bot installation, webhook, user-initiated private bot automation, duplicate protection | Yes, after the user starts or interacts with the bot | Adapter and one ConversationArc bot path are implemented; each tenant must control and install its own bot token | Unsolicited bot DMs or social-comment capture equivalent to Instagram |
| YouTube | OAuth connection flow, encrypted tenant credentials, scheduled comment polling, keyword-to-public-reply automations, durable claims, and public-reply adapter | No | Software path is implemented; Google OAuth verification, quota readiness, and a tenant live proof are still required before public availability is claimed | YouTube DMs or a completed external production rollout |
| Facebook Messenger | Facebook Page connection administration, signed Page webhook intake, tenant-safe workflow routing, durable delivery claims, encrypted Page-token delivery, workflow builder, shared health checks, automatic expired-token pause, UI, REST, and MCP | Not currently | Runtime is built, but the Meta app has no Facebook Pages use case or pages_* permissions. Eventual rollout starts with that provider capability, then controlled proof and a separately authorized submission | Role-based or public availability before provider configuration and live proof exist |
| Threads | Encrypted tenant connection, signed webhook intake, tenant-safe routing, durable claims, public-reply adapter, health checks, UI, REST, and MCP | No | Software path is implemented but fails closed at the live-delivery gate; live OAuth/webhook proof and Meta review remain required | Threads DMs, which the provider does not offer, or public availability before approval and live proof |
| Encrypted tenant connection, signed inbound webhook intake, tenant-safe routing, durable claims, consent/window enforcement, message/template adapter, health checks, UI, REST, and MCP | Yes, for consented conversations | Software path is implemented but fails closed at the live-delivery gate; a live WABA lifecycle, approved templates, and applicable Meta review remain required | Bundled messaging fees, unsolicited messages, or public availability before provider evidence | |
| Consented transactional resource delivery over Emailit with unsubscribe link, bounce/complaint suppression, per-attempt idempotency, and reconciled receipts | Yes | Live-verified for the Outliyr sender; per-tenant sending depends on runtime Emailit configuration | Cold or marketing email, or delivery to an unconsented or suppressed address | |
| SMS | Bring-your-own-Twilio connection, encrypted credentials, consent evidence, signed inbound/status callbacks, STOP suppression, segmentation, durable idempotency, health, UI, REST, and MCP | Yes, for consented recipients through a validated tenant-owned account | Software path implemented; each workspace must connect and pay Twilio, use a registered sender, capture consent, and satisfy provider/region rules | Bundled SMS traffic, a shared ConversationArc carrier account, or legal eligibility merely because a connection validates |
| X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Bluesky, Discord, Slack, Mastodon, Twitch, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat | Product capability declarations or roadmap research only | Varies | Not current production adapters | Availability based only on a provider's theoretical API |
This public matrix summarizes the detailed provider research and first-party evidence retained with the product release record. Provider rules can change; re-verify official documentation before enabling a new adapter or API version.
Instagram constraints customers must design around
- The trigger must be a supported comment event on an eligible Instagram professional account.
- The workflow uses exactly the account and media/keyword scope shown before activation.
- The current app requests
instagram_business_basic,
instagram_business_manage_comments, and
instagram_business_manage_messages. The message permission is limited to
the permitted private reply for the triggering comment; it does not enable
unrelated outbound conversations.
- A commenter receives at most the permitted private reply for the triggering comment, inside Meta's current eligibility window.
- A failed or ambiguous provider outcome is not automatically replayed. Inspect Activity and use the bounded recovery operation only after verifying the provider state.
- A disconnected, expired, unhealthy, or under-scoped connection fails closed before provider delivery.
Release boundaries
- Public workspace signup remains disabled. Customers enter through a one-time workspace invitation.
- The public marketing brand and canonical origin are ConversationArc at
conversationarc.com; the signed-in product, API/MCP, OAuth callback, and Telegram webhook base remain separately configured atcorrespond.outliyr.comduring the controlled host transition. - The normal public price is $149 monthly or $1,490 yearly with a 14-day trial. The founding price for the first 25 activated teams is $79 monthly or $790 yearly. Those teams keep that founding price while the same subscription remains active, and they are grandfathered into every core feature added to the full ConversationArc plan, including newly supported platforms. Third-party provider charges, such as WhatsApp message fees, remain separate when they apply. Founding allocation is a shared, durable 25-slot tenant cohort, and Checkout uses dedicated monthly and yearly founding Price IDs. Promotion codes are disabled and no annual amount is presented as a discount. All four approved-price test-mode lifecycles were independently reverified on July 30; no live charge or refund is required for the accepted billing proof.
- Meta approval is a third-party gate. A completed workspace does not bypass it.
- Platform-operator controls, provider credentials, host access, and internal delivery endpoints are not customer APIs.
